Quality Tools
The purpose of this tool kit is to suggest a structured approach to improving both learner-centered and support processes and solving problems. This approach is referred to as the Plan-Do-Study-Act cycle and is widely used. Our version adds a Define phase to the traditional improvement cycle in order to connect to the overall system and add clarity to the purpose. The PDSA Approach to Improvement is a starting place for teams. This site provides easy access to some of the most commonly used tools in the PDSA process.
